Whether you're a jobseeker, a student or an employer representative, if you're passionate about people management practices and want to be more effective in your work, PARE is the place for you!
PARE is a supportive community for HR managers and HR professionals, where you can get the necessary thread to develop the quality of people management. We are the largest network of HR and people management professionals in Estonia.
PARE has more than 400 legal and private members, bringing together over 2000 people interested in HR and people management. The organisation is largely grassroots - in addition to the 4-member executive team, 9 board members, 8 working groups and nearly 100 volunteers from all over Estonia contribute daily. You can always find someone from the PARE community who has already solved similar issues in their organisation or who is challenged enough by your idea to brainstorm and seek solutions with you. At PARE, we learn and teach together, keeping the HR profession high on the agenda.
PARE is a member of the Employers' Confederation and a member of the European Association of Personnel Management (EAPM).
For students and jobseekers
As with personal development, learning from others and testing what you have learned in practice is the best way to develop professionally. If you are interested in, or already studying a subject related to human resources or people and process management, PARE can help you take the necessary steps towards the job you want. You can work in working groups with other members to implement development projects, participate in joint events (coffee mornings, clubs and other networking formats), take part in training and development programmes or do work placements in the PARE office, helping the association to expand its activities and reach its goals. We're also an official provider of professional qualifications in human resources, which means you'll get the best preparation to apply for a professional qualification. Creating an organisation, finding, maintaining and developing a team and moving towards strategic goals is an art. PARE's aim is to bring together professionals and organisations that care about the quality of people management, to create a platform for effective exchange and collaboration, and thereby help to improve the quality of management. With PARE for Better is not an empty slogan, but the core of what we do - we want each of our members to become, through collective action, a better organisation and a better culture.
As a PARE member, you can meet other HR and management professionals, support your own development mentoring or through coaching, hear about best practices and learning from other organisations, contribute to the development of your team, if you wish as a volunteer association activities and much more.
