Job Description:
- Teaching different sub-topics of software development to students of software development in VET (sessional learning).
- Guiding students in solving programming problems and projects.
- Introduction to modern software development tools and methods.
- Teaching code quality and software development best practices.
- Supervising students' examination papers.
Job Requirements:
- Professional experience in the field taught or a valid professional certificate in the field taught.
- Preferably have or be in the process of obtaining a higher education qualification, professional or pedagogical.
- Compliance with, or willingness to acquire, the requirements described in the VET Teacher Professional Standard.
- Ability to analyse the development needs of pupils and to cooperate with teachers and support professionals.
- Good initiative, teamwork skills and empathy.
