Job Description:

Spotting, supporting and motivating students and making suggestions to management to recognise students
Conducting development interviews and mapping students with supportive behaviours in cooperation with HEVKO
Conducting group tutoring sessions to support pupils' development and integration into the school environment
Monitoring attendance and implementing the necessary support measures in cooperation with the school team
Exchanging information with teachers and support professionals, problem-solving in cooperation
Informing parents about pupils' learning and needs
Accurate completion of educational documentation.

Job Requirements:

Education in education or social work
Ability to analyse students' development needs and manage group processes
Good communication and cooperation skills, willingness to work together with teachers, parents and other support professionals
Willingness to use educational technology solutions (the school uses the learning information system Tahvel)
Empathy and flexibility in supporting different learners.
