The Marketing Specialist is responsible for implementing and supporting Toosikann's marketing activities, helping to increase brand visibility and strengthen customer relationships. He/she brings together a strategic and creative approach to support the company's objectives and marketing plan.

- Campaign planning and execution:
Participate in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and projects, including the creation of advertisements and promotions. Planning, designing and implementing promotional and marketing campaigns, including the creation and implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns.

- Monitoring and evaluating the results of campaigns and evaluating the impact of marketing activities:
Manage Toosikannu's website and social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), including content creation, posting and interacting with followers. - Content creation and production:
Produce and edit marketing materials such as brochures, web content, newsletters and blog posts. Create visual content (e.g. photos, videos) to support marketing activities.

- Communicate with customers and provide customer service:
Communicate with customers to gather feedback and inform them about new services and promotions. Provide support to the customer service department by responding to customer queries and concerns.

- Provide support to customer service staff by assisting with customer service support:
Collect and analyse data from marketing activities to monitor and evaluate marketing results. Produce and analyse social media and web analytics reports.

- Collaboration:
Work with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaborative relationships. Participate in events and meetings to promote the Toosikannu brand and build contacts.

• Requirements:

  a university degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
  Previous experience in marketing or a related field, preferably at least 1-2 years.
  Skills:
  strong writing and communication skills;
  creativity and analytical thinking;
