The carer's job is to care for and help the elderly with everyday activities.
Completing the care plan and assisting with the administration of medication. Involving residents in daily activities, taking into account their wishes, state of health, mood and abilities.

Job Requirements:
- Requirements:
Qualification as a care worker or certificate of completion of care training or previous participation in care training
Proficiency in Estonian at a communicative level
A willingness to help people
Accuracy and punctuality
Ability to speak fluent English or German
Positive attitude and empathy - Level of education: Vocational education without secondary education
- Language skills: RU, EN

- Work experience in a similar position: at least 1 year
