Job Description:
Carrying out medical procedures on the basis of a referral from a family doctor or specialist, following the doctor's orders: drawing up a nursing plan;
carrying out nursing procedures; monitoring the patient's state of health; monitoring, measuring and assessing vital signs; carrying out necessary procedures and examinations; wound care, dressing; skin assessment and treatment of ulcers; catheter insertion; stoma care; nursing advice.
N.B. The home nurse provides nursing care alone with the patient. This service does not include cleaning, cooking, shopping, changing nappies or other social tasks.

Job Requirements:
- Requirements:
Home nurse must be registered as a nurse with the Health Authority; previous experience as a nurse; willingness to work independently;
previous experience as a nurse (previous experience as a nurse). - Educational level: higher vocational education
