As a telesales consultant, your main task is to contact potential customers, introduce them to different products or services according to a specific project and explain their value and benefits. Your goal is to create a positive customer experience, answer questions and successfully lead the conversation to a sale.

• Requirements:

  * We are looking for both Estonian and Russian speakers (at least B2 level);
  * courage and willingness to work in a high quality telephone sales job;
  * ability and willingness to speak fluent, native speakers, good communication skills, good communication skills, good communication skills, willingness to work remotely, strong work ethic and good self-discipline required;
  * good communication skills, consistency and patience;
  * a willingness to work in sales and to be effective in sales;
  * ability and willingness to work trial days and first days on site in Jõhvi office for 6 consecutive days 7h/day.
