Main tasks:
Product information and content management:
- updating and adding product information to the online shop blog
- Creating QR codes for products to help customers find information quickly
- creating and attaching labels to products in Estonian language
Sales and marketing activities:
- integration of website, Shop and WhatsApp
- creating and posting graphical and textual content on social media
- management of sales and customer support, both in-store and online
Accounting and store management:
- registration of products in the accounting system
- monitoring the functioning of the software and sales processes
- day-to-day shop operations: cleaning, shelving and displaying goods.
Job Requirements:

- English and Estonian (Russian would be an advantage)
- Knowledge of English, German, Russian, Russian and English as an interpreter
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Experience in sales and customer service is an advantage
- Ability to learn and work well in a professional and customer oriented environment.
