Job Description:
Together with colleagues and support professionals, you will help people with mental health needs to live full lives in small, comfortable homes.
As an activity leader:
*create a friendly and safe environment
*support residents in their daily life, leisure and work activities;
*facilitate activities and activities for the residents, helping them to live and enjoy their daily life, provide activities for the residents, support them in their daily activities, and help them to live and relax in the community
*carry out care activities;
*mapping and supporting residents' development;
*communicate with residents' relatives;
*helping people to lead more independent and active lives.

Job Requirements:
- Requirements:
Education: at least secondary education and training or willingness to learn as an activity leader/social work/education in psychology. Computer literacy and good knowledge of Estonian.
You are empathetic, independent, conscientious, enterprising, caring, eager to learn and a good team player. - Educational level: general secondary education
- Language skills: EN
