Jüri Käo is the Chairman of the Management Board of NG Investeeringud, a privately owned Estonian investment and holding company. Established in 1994, the NG Investeeringud Group employs nearly 5,400 people, with a projected 2024 revenue exceeding €1.1 billion.
The group includes the publicly listed company TKM Grupp AS, which operates some of Estonia’s most well-known retail and service brands, including:
- Kaubamaja, the country’s leading department store chain
- Selver, a nationwide supermarket chain
- I.L.U., a cosmetics retail chain
- KIA Auto and Viking Motors, leading car dealerships
- Viking Security, a security services provider
In the industrial sector, the group owns:
- Liviko, a flagship in the alcohol industry
- Kulinaaria, the largest ready-meal producer in the Baltics
- Balbiino, an ice cream manufacturer and cold storage service provider
- Kitman Thulema, an interior design and furniture company
The group's real estate development is managed by TKM Kinnisvara, Roseni Kinnisvara, and Roseni Majad.
Jüri Käo has been a long-standing member of the Council of the Estonian Employers' Confederation.
