Jüri Käo

Jüri Käo serves as the Chairman of the Management Board of NG Investeeringud, a leading privately owned Estonian investment and holding company. Established in 1994, the NG Investeeringud Group employs nearly 5,400 people and anticipates a projected revenue exceeding €1.1 billion in 2024.

The group’s portfolio spans multiple sectors, including retail, industry, and real estate:

• Retail and Services:

TKM Grupp AS (publicly listed), operating renowned brands such as Kaubamaja (Estonia’s leading department store chain), Selver (a nationwide supermarket chain), I.L.U. (a cosmetics retail chain), KIA Auto and Viking Motors (prominent car dealerships), and Viking Security (a security services provider).

• Industrial Sector:

Liviko, a flagship in the alcohol industry.

Kulinaaria, the largest ready-meal producer in the Baltics.

Balbiino, an ice cream manufacturer and provider of cold storage services.

Kitman Thulema, specializing in interior design and furniture.

• Real Estate Development:

Managed through TKM Kinnisvara, Roseni Kinnisvara, and Roseni Majad.

In addition to his role at NG Investeeringud, Jüri Käo is a long-standing member of the Council of the Estonian Employers' Confederation and currently serves as its Vice-Chair, contributing to the development of Estonia’s business environment.
