Two-year education leadership development programme

Noored Kooli is a non-governmental organisation working to ensure that every child in Estonia receives a very good education. To do this, we recruit and train talented, university-educated leaders who work full-time as primary school teachers for two years while completing an intensive training programme. Noored Kooli alumnis become change leaders in their school, community or wider education system.

The organisation was set up in 2006 by the Heateo Foundation and Swedbank. in 17 years, 348 people have entered the education system through the YOUTH programme, teaching ~34 000 students. Alumni have produced 10 school leaders and many other leaders.
