Mart Maasik

Mart has two decades of experience in banking, business development, and leading strategic transformations. His career includes heading the Innovation Unit at SEB Group, where he managed cross-company innovation initiatives in Sweden.

Mart studied innovation management at Stanford Business School and played a key role in launching the University of Tartu's investment company. Today, he operates as a partner at NSI, investing in teams that transform cutting-edge research into successful businesses in the region.

He is also actively involved in impact-driven initiatives, including the Ajujaht entrepreneurship program and the founding of the Innovation Leaders Club. Additionally, he contributed to the launch of //kood/Jõhvi, a private initiative providing modern education opportunities for reskilling and career transitions.
