Madis Toomsalu

Madis Toomsalu is the Chairman of the Management Board of AS LHV Group and LHV Bank Limited in the UK. He also chairs the Supervisory Boards of AS LHV Pank, AS LHV Kindlustus, and AS LHV Varahaldus, overseeing key operations across the group’s financial services.

In addition to his corporate roles, Toomsalu is a board member of the non-profit organization FinanceEstonia and has previously contributed to national policymaking as a member of the Government’s Green Policy Expert Group.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (2009) and a master’s degree in Public Sector Finance (2011), both from Tallinn University of Technology.
