Katrin Tiidenberg is a social media researcher and Professor of Participatory Culture at the Baltic Film, Media, and Arts Institute of Tallinn University. She is the author and editor of several books exploring the internet, social media platforms, and their user cultures.
Her current research projects focus on:
Trust in health-related discussions on social media
The conceptualization of mental health in online spaces
The relationship between well-being and digital technologies
Content creation for learning and education on the web
