Kai Realo

Kai Realo brings extensive leadership experience across various industries, earning the prestigious title of Leader of the Year in 2018.

In 2021, she made a personal commitment to the green transition and has since been at the helm of Ragn-Sells Estonia, a circular economy company driving sustainable innovation.

Prior to this, she led Circle K Estonia, a leading motor fuel and convenience retail chain, for nearly a decade. Her career within the organization began as a Concept Manager at Statoil, demonstrating her deep expertise in retail strategy and operations.

Earlier in her career, Kai held leadership roles at IBM, Elisa Estonia, and the mobile retail chain Mäkitorppa, showcasing her versatility across technology and telecommunications sectors.

Since February 2019, she has also served as Chair of the Council of the Estonian Employers' Confederation, contributing to the strategic development of Estonia’s business environment.

Kai holds a degree in Industrial Economics from Tallinn University of Technology and a master’s degree in Marketing and Management from the University of Tartu.
