Endrus Arge is the co-founder and CEO of Silen, a manufacturer of quiet rooms (according to Henrik Roonemaa, “the director of the Silence Factory”), with over 25 years of experience in managing industrial companies.

Seven years ago, while sick and looking for something to do at home with a runny nose, he grabbed a pen and sketched out another innovative idea on paper – a modular and acoustic office cubicle on wheels. Today, this simple sketch has become a global success story. Silen quiet rooms are sold on 6 continents, in more than 60 countries. Silen products can be found in the offices of both small companies and large Fortune 500 corporations such as Amazon, Coca-Cola, Dell, Lego, Siemens, etc.

In 2023, Silen was awarded the Estonian Company of the Year title in the Exporter of the Year category.
