2023 PROGRAMM
Tuulelohe lend 2023 "Aeg olla ajast ees"
Businesses and employers are looking for a longer-term strategic approach to governance. The winners of the "Best Leader" competition will discuss how they set their own goals and implement them, what can be learned from the experience of Estonia's best leaders, how to lead themselves and their organisations through crises to become stronger.
How to be adaptable and resilient as a large international technology company, but at local level? A business and employer perspective - where to focus.
Employers have faith in education because only smart people live well. The debate will look at what we need to do to be and stay an educated nation, how to keep education in step with the labour market, what changes the education system needs beyond money, and whether technological advances will lead to a future without teachers.
The last few years have been challenging for businesses, with several crises to deal with at once. The future also looks uncertain. But crises are also opportunities, and the debate will reveal the long term plans of prominent Estonian entrepreneurs for the coming years, how rising interest rates and high inflation will affect us, and where new business opportunities lie.

We ask the representatives of the political parties standing in the elections what the politicians plan to do after the elections to move Estonia from the top income bracket in Eastern Europe to the top bracket in Western Europe, and what are the key issues for business in the upcoming elections.
In their manifesto ahead of the elections, the employers once again formulated the key problems hampering the development of the Estonian economy and thus the country as a whole, and proposed solutions to them. The presentation shows which of the employers' proposals and ideas made it into the election manifestos of the major political parties.
