The OIM NAB is the head organization for a number of state programs in mechanical engineering. Enterprises of the Ministry of Industry of the Belarusian automotive industry and instrument-making industry are direct customers of scientific developments of the institute
The State Expert Council № 2 "Machine-building, systems and complexes of machines, components and equipment of machine-building" acts on the basis of the OIM NASB
To develop pioneering and complex science-intensive technologies, the OIM NASB closely cooperates with universities, technoparks and private enterprises in Belarus and abroad, and introduces innovative mechanisms for project implementation
