Fund's mission:

To stimulate the development of breakthrough technologies and products with the potential to be used in the Russian oil and gas, chemical, energy and other industries of interest to the Fund participants for application in their assets and for maintaining the long-term global competitiveness and supply security of the industries. Industry and Technology Strategy:

The Fund invests and co-invests in non-controlling interests in high-tech companies specializing in the development of breakthrough technologies and equipment for the oil and gas, oil and gas chemical, power, new materials and alternative energy (hydrogen, bio, wind energy, etc.) in the early stages of development.
