Over the past 15 years, Siim has conducted and managed dozens of large-scale studies, including in the field of economics and labour market. He has also seen the (foreign) labour market as a think tank at the private sector and local government level, having previously worked for the IT company Fujitsu and the Tartu City Government's Department of Entrepreneurship.
