AS LTH-Baas is an Estonian shipbuilding company engaged in the repair and construction of ships and the integration of ship systems.The company is headquartered in Tallinn, but also has branches in Finland, France and Germany. In 2020, the company employed 520 people.
LTH-Baas was established in 1934 and was engaged in local ship repair. Afterwards, LTH-Baas belonged to the Estonian Maritime Company and was engaged in the technical servicing of vessels of the Estonian Maritime Company. 1999. in 1991 the company was privatised and was owned by Aleksander Malyugin , who was LTH-Baas technical director from 1991.
