SECRETARY
The job of a secretary requires customer-friendliness, the ability to act quickly and flexibly and to ensure the confidentiality of information, as well as the ability to deal with different people and situations.
The job involves:
dealing with internal and external clients;
managing communication within the organisation;
dealing with internal and external contacts, internal and external relations, and managing internal and external contacts;
managing and maintaining the use of meeting rooms;
taking minutes of meetings;
answering and directing telephone calls;
drafting and registering official documents;
assisting the sales department;
managing customer orders;
checking sales orders.
Job Requirements:
We welcome applications if you have previous secretarial or sales secretarial experience, are familiar with standard office software and can use office and communications equipment, are active, cheerful and conscientious. You are able to communicate in Russian and English.
