The purpose of the post is to manage customer relationships, handle customer orders and find new customers.

The job duties include:

periodic and active communication with customers with a view to establishing and maintaining good customer relations;

Participate in the process of developing logistical solutions for customers;
sales and market analysis in CRM software;
mapping the needs of existing customers, offering new services.

We welcome applications if you have previous experience in customer service, and can express yourself fluently, orally and in writing. In addition to Estonian, you must be able to communicate very well in English, and Russian is a good language to have. Experience of working with retail chains, including distribution and credit management would be an advantage. Your analytical skills, independence and willingness to take on big challenges are also important.
