|10.05 - 11.05||Involving fathers. How to talk to a person who has used violence about violence? How to reduce resistance and increase cooperation? Presentation by Antti Alén and Joonas Kekkonen, Miessakit RY, Finland . Antti works as a CEO in the organisation. Joonas, on the other hand, is the Development and Training Manager.
Miessakit is a non-governmental expert organisation dedicated to supporting the spiritual, psychological and social growth of men. The organisation provides support services for men and promotes a family life free of violence.

|11.20 - 12.30||Caring fathers. Abusive behaviour and the possibility of change. The presentation will be given by Dermot Brady, Trainer Trainer of the Caring Fathers Programme and Senior Lecturer in Social Work at Kingston and St George's University, London, UK.|

|13.30 - 14.30||Child-centred parenting vs parent-centred parenting. How does the programme "Caring fathers: a safer life for children" support the relationship between child and father? What results have been achieved in 2019-2021 in Estonia. Presentation by Sigrid Petoffer, NGO VAITER. Sigrid is a mother and grandmother. It is important to her that all children feel safe and she believes that to achieve this, parents need to be supported in every way possible.
VAITER brings together, develops and implements mental health know-how with the support of partners, both in the provision of support and in preventive activities. The NGO develops and implements programmes in Estonia aimed at preventing and combating violence and provides services and training for adults, families and professionals.
