Paekalda Recreation Centre has a supportive and cheerful team waiting for you. In difficult situations, we never leave our employees alone and you can always ask for help. To make sure your work runs smoothly, we have prepared comprehensive work instructions and self-checklists that are easy to follow.

Outside of work, our staff can take part in the adventure centre's activities such as paddlesurfing, canoeing, etc. if they wish. Our motto is to always offer our customers the very best. The biggest reward for our whole team is the smile on the customer's face.

Paekalda Recreation and Adventure Centre is located in Harju County, on the shores of the Rummu quarry lake. The lake is renowned for its crystal-clear waters (which have earned it the nickname "light blue lagoon") and interesting history.
The resort side offers accommodation, accommodation in waterfront cabins, party room hire and catering, while the adventure centre offers a range of activities such as rafting, canoeing, SUP board hire, etc. The lake is also known for its famous canoes and rafts.
We have the right facilities for everyone - whether it's a seminar, a summer day or a birthday party. We are located alone in the middle of a forest, where once there was a dry depression instead of a lake, and where there was a lively mining activity at the bottom of the lake....
