As a result of the products it offers to its customers, Norma is a diversified employer - we carry out a wide range of production processes such as metal stamping and heat treatment, plastic moulding, galvanising, special tooling/casting, assembly of safety belts on semi-automatic lines.

The activities mainly involved in the production process are production planning and management, product and manufacturing process development, product quality assurance, maintenance of production equipment and logistics.
