Viljandi's most elegant building was completed in 1938 and named Esimene Viljandi Esinduslokaal or EVE. After a thorough renovation, the hotel reopened its doors in May 2002, and now once again offers the luxurious accommodation unique to EVE. The four-star Grand Hotel Viljandi features 50 unique Art Deco rooms, a conference centre, gym and sauna complex. The Grand Hotel Viljandi has been tastefully designed down to the smallest detail, with classic dignity, striking contrasts and colours everywhere. We are looking for a head chef and room service.
