| Participation fees until 8.01.2026 | 445 EUR km | 545 EUR km |
| Participation fees from 9.01.2026 | 495 EUR km | 595 EUR km |
VAT 24% will be added to the prices.
Every fourth participant from the same organisation will get free admission to the conference.
The participation fee includes
- participation in the conference on-site or virtually,
- conference catering (when attending on-site),
- access to video recordings of conference presentations after the conference

Cancellation conditions
If you wish to cancel your participation, please notify the conference secretariat in writing by e-mail to ilona@employers.ee.

Working language
The working language of the conference is Estonian. Simultaneous translation into Estonian and English.
