Participation Fees

VAT of 24% will be added to the prices.
Every fourth participant from the same organisation may attend the conference free of charge.
The participation fee includes
- attendance at the conference on-site
- conference catering
- access to video recordings of the conference presentations after the event

Cancellation Terms
Please notify the conference secretariat of any cancellation in writing by e-mail at ilona@employers.ee.

| 100% of the participation fee will be refunded | until 14.12.2026 |
| 50% of the participation fee will be refunded | 15.12.2026 - 18.01.2027 |
| The participation fee will not be refunded | from 19.01.2027 |
Working Language
The working language of the conference is Estonian. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in Estonian and English.
