I am a Director of Sales, Commercial Excellence Germany, Austria and Switzerland at Bosch Rexroth, a global leader in hydraulics and drive solutions. Over 25 years of experience in sales, consultancy, strategic supply management, logistics, and manufacturing in five different countries, including seven years in the USA, have formed me to understand customer obsession.

My passion is to deliver exceptional value to our customers along the complete supply chain by leveraging my extensive network. I am a pace setter for all improvements in customer interactions, sales, and along the supply chain. I enjoy working with diverse and international teams, and I have a track record of achieving profitable sales increases, customer satisfaction, productivity increases, and cost reductions. My goal is to enable commercial excellence across our organization and to exceed our customers' expectations.
