TABEA BAUERMEISTER
Law Exams in the Age of AI
The presentation will explore the future of law examinations in the age of AI. Rather than focusing solely on students’ AI literacy, it will consider legal education in general but within a world where AI is ever-present. Methodologically, the presentation will draw on the principle of constructive alignment, linking assessment tasks with intended learning outcomes as well as teaching and learning activities, while also taking into account external constraints such as large student cohorts and standardized final examinations.
Tabea Benita Bauermeister is a Tenure Track Professor for Civil Law and Law of the Algorithm-Driven Economy at the University of Regensburg.
