ANDRA LAURAND

Andra Laurand is Guest Lecturer in Administrative Law at the University of Tartu. Her work focuses on public and administrative law, with particular attention to the functioning of legal institutions and the development of legal practice in Estonia.

In her teaching and professional activities, she engages with questions related to the quality and structure of legal education, as well as its relationship to the needs of legal practice and public administration.
