Speakers are accommodated at the Nordic Hotel Forum (Viru Väljak 3, +372 622 2999, https://www.nordichotels.eu/en/).
Public transport schedules can be found here. Tickets can be purchased online or with a contactless bank card in the bus or tram. Please see instructions here.
Tallinn University is about a 10 minute walk from the Nordic Hotel Forum, or you can take a tram nr 1 or 3 (direction Kadriorg) from Hobujaama station to Tallinna Ülikool station (one stop).
You can use bus no 2 to travel between the airport and city centre:
- from the airport: take the bus with direction "Balti jaam (train station)"
- to the airport: take the bus with direction "Mõigu" to the station "Lennujaam (airport)(Lennujaama tee)"

Should you wish to use presentation slides or other visual materials, kindly send them to eva.valdna@tlu.ee by 10 May.
The preferred slide format is PowerPoint (.ppt or .pptx) in 16:9 aspect ratio.
If your presentation includes video clips, please provide the video file or link separately in addition to the slides.
If you do not intend to use any presentation materials, we would appreciate a brief note to that effect.
A conference slide template is available to support a consistent and accessible visual presentation; however, speakers are welcome to use their own format. The template can be downloaded here. Please note that the template uses a specific font for titles; we will ensure that formatting is checked prior to the conference.
Presentations will be preloaded on the conference computer. To ensure smooth technical arrangements, we kindly ask that no updates be made after the submission deadline.

Speakers are kindly asked to arrive at the conference venue at least 15 minutes before the start of their session to receive a headset microphone and go over technical arrangements.
