Events will be hosted at the National Library of Estonia.
The National Library of Estonia is a modern cultural and event centre located in the historic Tõnismägi building, originally completed in 1993 and currently undergoing comprehensive reconstruction. The renewed venue will offer 58 flexible, bookable spaces with a total seating capacity of 773, including a largest hall for up to 300 participants, and over 24,000 m² dedicated to events, learning and collaboration
While preserving its role as a major research, parliamentary and public library, the building will also include robotics labs, a video game museum, a jazz café, cinema, rooftop terrace, book restoration centre, educational innovation incubator, galleries, theatre hall, and a 24/7 self‑service library area—making it a vibrant venue combining literature, creativity and cutting‑edge experiences
Conveniently located in central Tallinn within a short walk from the Old Town and conference hotels, the National Library of Estonia offers top-tier event infrastructure, interpretation equipment and catering services. Starting from September 2025, event hosting will begin in phases, with public reopening and full services expected by May 2027
