Registration
Please note that all oral and poster presentations are to be presented in person at the conference venue. Online presentations are not possible.
Conference registration fee for on-site participants includes:
- Admission to all conference sessions
- Access to poster area
- All conference materials
- Coffee breaks and lunches
- E-certificate of attendance
- Walking/hiking tours
Fees increase as the event approaches:
- Early Bird registration 250 eur (December 1 - December 31, 2025)
- Regular registration 300 eur (January 1, 2026 - April 15, 2026)
- Late/On-Site registration 350 eur (from April 16, 2026)
All invoices will be issued in euros (EUR).
