The number of HIV cases in Estonia is increasing every day. More and more people are asking questions such as "How can I live with this?", "What will this change in my life?", "Can I live a full life?", "Should I tell my relatives, employer or doctors about my HIV status?", "How can I live with this?", "What will this change in my life?", "Can I live a full life?"", "When should I start treatment?", "Can I give birth to a healthy baby?", "How can I help a loved one?", "Is it true that the side effects of treatment are intolerable?", "Is HIV spread by mosquito bites?", "Is it true that HIV is part of a global conspiracy?", etc. etc. That's why our organisation has launched the Experience Counselling Service, where qualified counsellors will answer all your pressing questions and, most importantly, bring you reliable information, share their own experiences, and help you connect with a doctor and understand what's what. Myths and prejudices don't pay off; the most important thing is to take care of your health while improving your quality of life. Experiential counselling services include both private and group counselling and other support services.

Our counsellors provide advice on all aspects of HIV, its treatment, drug dependence, hepatitis and tuberculosis, as well as family planning support if one or both partners are HIV positive.
