Victoria is a food and travel writer for publications around the world. A former senior commissioning editor at the South China Morning Post in Hong Kong, and restaurant reviewer for Wall Street Journal Asia, she also managed one of India’s top boutique hotels on a tea estate in the Himalayan foothills. She now lives in London, but is hardly ever home.
