Thea Ekholm

Thea Ekholm is a communications professional with over 20 years of experience in journalism. She has lived in Estonia for more than ten years and has written thousands of articles about the country. Thea works as the Tallinn correspondent for Helsingin Uutiset, and in 2025 alone, her articles on Estonia were downloaded more than 4.9 million times across the websites of the Keskisuomalainen media group’s newspapers. She is also the founder of Storytold OÜ, a Finnish-owned PR and media production company based in Estonia.
