Maria Tamander is a producer and hospitality developer with 25+ years blending sustainable hospitality, creative residencies and high‑end production. She is the founded of Pilguse Manor & Residency (Saaremaa), Elda Distillery and is developing Elda Studios — an eco‑focused creative residency and studio — restored and managed The Cleveland Arms, a Grade II listed building in London. Parallel to hospitality, she founded mod:film, producing award‑winning branded content and commercials for luxury fashion and beauty clients. Her teams’ work has earned Cannes Lions, Clios, Webbys and other industry honours.
