Oana Dordain

Oana Dordain has more than 15 years experience at the European Commission's DG Regional and Urban Policy. She is currently Deputy Head of the Unit in charge of Interreg, enlargement and macro-regional strategies. With a career rooted in financial oversight, she began as an auditor in the private sector in Paris before specializing in financial instruments and international financial relations. In her current role, she oversees a diverse portfolio centred on external cooperation, enlargement and macro-regional strategies. Her work emphasises collaborative efforts and teamwork, ensuring that large-scale geographical priorities align with EU objectives.
