Marta Ślężak-Warszycka

Marta Ślężak-Warszycka is the Team Leader of the Project Unit at the Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat (MA/JS) of Interreg Baltic Sea Region, hosted by Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein (IB.SH). Since 2007 she has guided cooperation projects that translate the Programme strategy into measurable results across the Baltic Sea region. Before her employment at the IB.SH, she worked in research, consultancy, and public administration. Her fields of expertise range from regional development and European cooperation to sustainable energy, entrepreneurship, and innovation.
