Margarita Golovko

Margarita Golovko is an Advisor in the Regional Policy Department at the Ministry of Regional Affairs and Agriculture of Estonia. She has more than 20 years of experience in building, promoting, and facilitating cross-border cooperation through EU Interreg and neighbourhood programmes. She also has more than 10 years of team management experience, promoting European territorial cooperation and developing cross-border cooperation projects across various policy areas. In 2026, she is acting Chair of the Interreg Baltic Sea Region Programme Monitoring Committee.
