Inese Vaivare

Inese Vaivare is an expert in international development and strategic resilience, currently serving as the Director of the national NGO network LAPAS and a chair of the Baltic Sea Region Network of Volunteer Organisations and Authorities (BSR-NOVA). Her work focuses on bridging global partnerships with grassroots societal resilience to address contemporary geopolitical challenges.
