Heidi Solba

Heidi Solba is President and Head of the Global Network at Let's Do It World — the world's largest civic environmental network, active across 164 countries. Under her leadership, the network grew from 36 countries to 164 in under three years and now with past eight World Cleanup Days, mobilises 114 million people annually across 95% of UN member states in a single coordinated act. In 2024, the UN recognised World Cleanup Day as an official International Day.

Her career spans three decades across the private, public, and non-governmental sectors — from Private Banking at Hansabank/Swedbank to enterprise development at Enterprise Estonia and cross-sector CSR work — before taking on the global stage. That breadth gives ability to operate across institutional, governmental, and civil society environments. She engages regularly at the EU and UN level, serves as an EU Climate Pact Ambassador, and holds position as member of Advisory Board with UN Habitat programs.
