Elena Kolosova

Elena Kolosova is Senior Advisor for External Cooperation at the Managing Authority and Joint Secretariat (MA/JS) of Interreg Baltic Sea Region, hosted by Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein (IB.SH). With more than 20 years of experience in Interreg cooperation, she has been part of the Programme since 2008. She has advised and supported transnational cooperation projects throughout their lifecycle and currently focuses on capitalisation and strategic use of project results through project platforms. Her work strengthens links between projects, pan-Baltic organisations and macro-regional stakeholders, in particular within the framework of the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region (EUSBSR).
