Kultuurikatel is an event and creative space located in the former Tallinn Central Power Station building. The power station was completed in 1913 and operated for 66 years. In 1977, the power plant was one of the main filming locations for Andrei Tarkoski's film "Stalker", together with the Rotermann district. It has now been renovated and serves as a venue for events and is home to many creative businesses. The Creative Hub is located close to Tallinn's Old Town and is easily accessible by public transport.
