Netherlands embassy and business delegation
From the Netherlands, a business delegation of 18 offshore wind sector companies is attending the Estonian Wind Conference. Renewed for its leadership in offshore wind development, Dutch offshore wind sector has substantial experience and practical insights gathered both from domestic and international markets. The Netherlands has set an ambitious target to install 21GW of offshore wind capacity by the year 2030, by the end of 2023 4.7GW of offshore wind parks has been installed.
This high level business delegation will visit Estonia with the goal of sharing their knowledge and exploring collaborative opportunities with Estonian stakeholders. Furthermore, the visit also mark a kick-off of the strategic public-private partnership program called Linked by Offshore Wind, Baltics. Under this program, a number of Dutch offshore wind sector companies has joined forces to form a cluster with a primary objective to foster partnerships in the region over the three coming years. The program is initiated by the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) and the Netherlands Embassies in the Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.

- register to the Matchmaking session with the Dutch companies on February 13 at 15:00-17:00 to reserve a timeslot for a one2one appointment with Dutch guests
- join the networking reception hosted by the Netherlands ambassador to Estonia, Mrs Özlem Canel, on February 13 at 17:00-19:00 (only for guests of Estonian Wind Conference registered for on spot participation)
- listen the session on Dutch experience with presentations by the selected Dutch quests (Van Oord, Pondera, Ventolines, Out-Smart and I-QIP) followed by the panel discussion, on February 14 from 9:30-11:00 in the agenda of the Estonian Wind Conference.
