As hybrid threats intensify across the Baltic Sea region—from drone incursions to sabotage of critical infrastructure—this high-level panel brings together policymakers, defence innovators, and regional experts to discuss how to strengthen maritime surveillance and infrastructure resilience in the Baltic Sea. Drawing from lessons in Ukraine, EU policy instruments (e.g. SAFE), and NATO’s Task Force X innovation drive, the discussion will explore how scalable, modular technologies and cross-border cooperation and industry involvement can safeguard one of Europe’s most exposed strategic frontiers.
