Rainer has over 15 years of experience in managing large scale projects (mostly funded by EU), proven track record of leading large teams and wide experience in public speaking. Have worked with most of the local governments in Estonia and many abroad, including 5 years as a member of Pärnu City Goverment (Deputy Mayor for Planning and Development), profound knowledge of most of the fields cities and rural municipalities deal with. Currently managing the preparations for the construction of the new Hospital of Tallinn, which is the largest public sector investment in healthcare.
