Presentation Guidelines
KEYNOTE SESSIONS
Presentation Time: As scheduled in the program and agreed with moderator.
Presentation File
- Format: Use any template you prefer in 16:9 ratio (landscape/horizontal).
- Please upload your presentation file (.ppt or .pdf) by 14 June 2026 here or submit your presentation onsite at the technical desk in your presentation room, at least two breaks before your session.
- File Naming Requirement: presentation day_room_session time_full name of speaker as on the program
Example: 18_Main hall_10:30_Name Last name
Technical Setup
- All presentations will be run from the technical computer.
- Connecting personal laptops is not possible.
- Presentations will be delivered standing.
- Presentation rooms are equipped with:
- A podium/lectern
- A headset microphone (to be fitted before your session)
- Presentation clicker & pointer
- Please arrive at the technical desk in your presentation room 15 minutes before your session to fit your microphone and check your slides.
Room Layout
- In the Main Hall, there will be stage (requires to climb a few steps) and presenter view screen with notes and timer available.
- In the Breakout Rooms, there will be no presenter view screen. Please bring printed notes if needed.
- In the Breakout Rooms, there will be no elevated stage.
- Keynote and Plenary speakers will be invited to the stage individually.
Check the program to know your room.
Timing
Please adhere strictly to the session schedule to ensure smooth transitions between presentations.
SYMPOSIUM PRESENTATIONS

Technical Setup

- Presentations will be delivered standing while other symposium panelists are seated on stage in a discussion style setting.
- Presentation rooms are equipped with:
- A podium/lectern
- A headset microphone (to be fitted before your session)
- Presentation clicker & pointer
- Please arrive at the technical desk in your presentation room 15 minutes before your session to fit your microphone and check your slides.
ABSTRACT PRESENTATIONS
Oral presentations
- Presentation Time: 10 minutes + 3 minutes for discussion and speakers switch
- Format: Use any template you prefer in 16:9 ratio (landscape/horizontal).
- Submission Deadline: Please upload your presentation file (.ppt or .pdf) via Dropbox by 14 June. After this date, please submit your presentation onsite to the technicians in your presentation room, at least two breaks or a day before your session.
- File Naming Requirement: presentation day_room_session time_full name of presenting author as on the program
Example: 18_Main hall_10:30_Name Last name
- Presentation Delivery:
- Presentations will be delivered standing.
- All presentations will be run from the technical computer.
- Connecting personal laptops is not possible.
- The Main Hall will have a presenter view screen with notes available.
- Breakout Rooms will not have presenter view screens — please bring your notes if needed.
- All rooms are equiped with lectern/podium, microphones and clicker & pointer
- In-Person Only: Online presentations are not possible.
- Co-Presenters: Multiple authors may present, as long as the total time limit is respected.
Poster presentations
- Posters will be displayed on digital screens in the dedicated networking area
- Presentation Time: 7 minutes.
- Format: Important to use a portrait/vertical presentation in 9:16 ratio. An example of a poster to download.
- Submission Deadline: Upload your presentation via Dropbox by 10 June. After this date, all posters will be merged into a single file, and no new posters or updated versions can be added.
- File Naming Requirement: full name of presenting author, as on the program
Example: Last name First name
- Presentation Delivery:
- Presentations will be delivered standing.
- An assistant will stop the rotation of your presentation on digital poster screen during your presentation.
- Connecting personal laptops is not possible.
- Posters will be presented in the networking area. Simultaneously 3 other presentations will happen.
- In-Person Only: Online presentations are not possible.
- Co-Presenters: Multiple authors may present, as long as the total time limit is respected.
- Check the program to know your room or digital poster screen
